i never knew horseback riding could be soooo much fun until i tried it last weekend. i discovered that i had a bit of an 'equestrienne' in me. needless to say, despite almost falling off the horse & getting sunburn, i managed to have heaps of fun! the countryside/ ranch setting, super yummy western meals and a wacky bunch of friends were the perfect icing on the top.
